Dr Ram Senior Trainer and consultant was born in September 1961. He is a Bachelor in Applied Science (Engineering) from Madras University. Dr Ram also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and is DOCTORATE in Management-Marketing (1999 Bharathiyar University ). He has Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Psychology. He has been into academics for nearly two Decades holding key positions as Dean in Business Schools offering MBA Program.

He is also a British council certified trainer for IELTS (International Language Testing System, Cambridge UK) and BEC (Business English Certificate, Cambridge UK. He has successfully trained several students for IELTS and BEC. He has been in the field of training students for IELTS for more than 15 years and has been recognized as one of the best trainers due to his sucess rates which are almost 100%. He has developed unique methodology for training students on English communication skills. He is an acclaimed trainer with resounding success in training people in English communication skills. For more than a decade he has been into training students of B.E and MBA on improving their communication skills in English to enhance their prospects of gaining successful entry into big corporate or to become a successful entrepreneur. He has conducted more than 5000 hours of training especially on communication skills ( Listening, Reading, writing and speaking)

He has conducted several Faculty Development Programs for teachers of Universities and Engineering Colleges. He is also a resource person for several workshops for college teachers organized by UGC. He has contributed significantly for the cause of management education. He is passionate in working towards training people at various levels and is known for his qualities of motivating and guiding people learn skills and add value to their lives. He has rich experience in corporate training at junior and senior levels on Time Management, Communication skills, Performance Management, Talent Management, sales, Customer Service Management, Motivation, Goal setting, Leadership, Team Building, NLP(Nuero Linguistic Programming)etc.,. Some of his prestigious corporate clients include KFC, Hyundai, FORD, TAFE SKODA, RIETER India, Premier Group, Sakthi, Universal Group, Unimech Industries etc., . He has done more than 6000 Hours of training corporate right from junior management level to senior management levels. He also has vast experience working on several assignments on small business consulting.
