"Rajeswari mam took phonics classes for my 6 year old kids from basic level. She excels in keeping the kids well engaged and her demonstration make my kids slowly started reading level one phonics books at the end of the basics level. Her engaging and supportive learning experiences give us a confident and we again put them in the next level of phonics classes. Her creative strategies to keep students motivated and engaged, which is crucial in maintaining their interest and enthusiasm for learning. While the teacher's lessons are generally well-structured, there could be more flexibility in pacing to accommodate students who might need extra time to grasp certain concepts. Now my kids able to apply phonics concepts in different reading context thanks to raji mam. "
