I am a Java Full Stack Development (FSD) Trainer with 15 years of experience in the software industry and corporate training. I train students and professionals in Java and full-stack technologies, with a strong focus on helping learners develop practical skills that they can apply in real-world software development environments.

I have completed my Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.), which has provided me with a strong academic foundation in computer applications and software development. Along with my academic background, my extensive professional experience in Java and Full Stack Development has helped me build deep practical knowledge of the technologies and development practices that I teach.

Over the years, I have conducted corporate training programmes for both freshers and experienced professionals, including laterals. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with learners at different skill levels and understand their individual learning requirements. I adapt my teaching based on the student's existing knowledge, professional goals, and the level of technical expertise they want to develop.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and focused on hands-on learning. I begin with a clear lesson plan and explain concepts systematically before moving into coding exercises and practical implementation. I use real-world examples to help students understand how different concepts are applied in professional software development rather than limiting the learning experience to theoretical explanations.

A major focus of my classes is hands-on coding and project-based learning. I encourage students to write code, practise concepts, solve problems, and work on projects throughout the training. Regular assessments and practical exercises help me track their progress, identify areas that need improvement, and ensure that they are developing a strong understanding of the concepts being taught.

I also bring cloud expertise to my training as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect. This allows me to provide learners with broader exposure to modern technology environments and help them understand how application development can connect with cloud-based solutions. I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard during my sessions to explain concepts visually, organise technical topics, and break down complex programming ideas into manageable steps.
