He has done Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate diploma in personnel management, industrial relations and labour welfare.He has done courses on TQM,TPM,5S,Kaizen,Six sigma,JIT and Personal skills development etc.He has awarded “Diploma in Personality Development” at Azhiyar under direct guidance of Vethathri Maharishi. He is a member of the Coimbatore Productivity Council, National institute of personnel management and immediate Management Committee member in Coimbatore Management Association. He has won many awards in pattimandram and Symposium in State and National Level. He also conducted behavioural training sessions at Kualalumpur and Butterworth in Malaysia.
He has written lot of materials on behavioural Science and he is a consultant in Quality Management,Operation Management and Personal skills development.He is a guest faculty for MBA – Hospital Management course in Annamalai University.He has done lot of projects on 5 “S” Industrial House keeping,Lean tools and Work Study in various industries for boosting Productivity,Quality,Safety,Cost Effectiveness,Morale and waste elimination
