Having worked as an HR professional for 9 years, I bring real-world insights and practical strategies into my training sessions. My mission is to empower students, professionals, and individuals with the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to excel in both personal and professional environments.

I hold an MBA in HR from RVS College of Engineering and Technology (2014). Over the years, I’ve continued to upgrade my skills and knowledge, completing multiple certifications in 2025 from the Indian Leadership Academy, including Train the Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Master Trainer, and Soft Skills Trainer programs. These certifications, combined with my HR expertise, have shaped me into a versatile and globally certified trainer.

My career journey has been diverse, spanning HR, administration, and hospital management. I’ve had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Network Clothing Company, Gavin Resources, and Balaji Multispeciality Hospital. These roles exposed me to people management, counseling, recruitment, training delivery, and mentoring—skills I now apply in my training sessions to provide a holistic learning experience for participants.

As a Certified International Soft Skills Trainer, I’ve worked with a wide range of learners, from students preparing for careers to professionals aiming to refine their workplace etiquette. My sessions focus on communication, leadership, confidence building, and overall personality development. I believe in creating a safe and interactive learning environment where participants feel encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and grow.

I follow an interactive teaching methodology, combining real-life scenarios, role plays, and practical exercises with tools like PPTs and a whiteboard. This ensures that participants not only learn concepts but also practice and internalize them effectively.
