Dr. Harshitha Srinivasan

I teach MBBS and Medical Tuition with a special focus on Dermatology. I help medical students develop a strong understanding of clinical concepts, improve their subject knowledge, and prepare effectively for their academic examinations. With around 3.5 years of teaching experience, I have guided students in understanding complex medical topics through structured and simplified explanations.

I have completed my Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), which has provided me with in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of Dermatology. My academic background and clinical exposure help me explain medical concepts with clarity while connecting theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

I am currently working as a Dermatologist in a medical college, where I am actively involved in clinical practice as well as teaching undergraduate medical students. Since completing my post-graduation, I have been guiding medical learners in Dermatology and helping them understand important clinical concepts, diagnostic approaches, and treatment principles.

My experience in both clinical practice and medical education has helped me develop a practical approach toward teaching. I focus on making medical topics easier to understand by relating them to real-world clinical scenarios, patient cases, and practical examples. I am also preparing for my DNB and UK certification examinations to further enhance my professional expertise and continue growing in the field of Dermatology.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I prepare well-planned lessons based on the learner’s requirements and academic goals. My classes include detailed explanations, clinical examples, discussions, and concept-based learning to help students develop a deeper understanding of medical subjects.

I use PPT presentations and whiteboard explanations to make lessons more engaging and easier to follow. I encourage students to ask questions, discuss concepts, and develop confidence in applying their knowledge during examinations as well as clinical practice.

My goal as a medical educator is to support students in building strong fundamentals, improving their clinical understanding, and becoming more confident in their medical journey. Through personalized guidance and practical learning, I aim to help students achieve their academic goals and develop a deeper interest in Dermatology and medical sciences.
