I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) with a certification. Over the past 3 years, I have worked with a variety of clients both in-person and online, focusing on strength training, fat loss, and mobility. My experience includes conducting fitness assessments, designing tailored workout programs, instructing correct exercise technique, and tracking client progress.
I excel in building strong client relationships, motivating individuals, and helping them reach their fitness goals safely and effectively. My training philosophy emphasizes balanced programming, injury prevention, and sustainable results.
Additionally, I keep myself updated with the latest in exercise science, nutrition, and recovery by attending workshops and reading research. My goal as a trainer is to empower clients with knowledge, confidence, and habits that last.
