Yess, you can do CMA course with full time job. However, if you are doing job then make sure you will get enough leave during the examination days. You can take weekend classes if you are looking for coaching.

Hi, Have clarity which CMA you would like to pursue. Is it Indian CMA or US CMA. Both can be studied with full time job. You have to apply extra effort. I suggest to do these course while working, as these courses are more of practical oriented. Narasimha
