Hardware Technologies: Multi-core processors: These chips with multiple processing cores allow for efficient execution of multiple virtual machines and applications on a single physical server, maximizing resource utilization. Virtualization: This technology creates a layer of abstraction between the physical hardware and the software running on it. This allows for creating multiple virtual machines (VMs) on a single server, each with its own operating system and resources.This enables efficient resource sharing, isolation, and scalability. Storage virtualization: Similar to server virtualization, this technology pools physical storage from multiple devices and presents it as a single logical unit to users. read less

I am currently working in Storage technology (EMC, IBM). I want to move to Cloud Computing. I would like to understand. 1) Which Cloud Technology I will need to learn now. 2) Can you please suggest a good tutor/institute where they teach about the background on how it works, not just explaining the front end software.
