There are also regulatory and compliance concerns of using cloud computing. Legacy application might not work in cloud environment. When you use the cloud, you probably won’t know exactly where your data is hosted.There are privacy concerns of using cloud computing. Many cloud platforms and services are proprietary, meaning that they are built on the specific standards, tools and protocols developed by a particular vendor for its particular cloud offering, so there cloud a issue of vendor lock-in. e-discovery will be a challenge in cloud environment. read less

I have 5 years of experience in SAN technology. I seek guidance on switching to cloud computing technology where my previous experience would be a value add. 1) Which role/designation would fit me in cloud tech? 2) Explain me how to proceed/ initiate getting into Cloud and which course of branch to learn? 3) I am eligible to get AWS certified, as this is in demand. last but least. 4) What would be Salary package range if I am getting into cloud?
