It is in the starting phase go ahead with the Amazon webservice there are there in the cloud market for almost 17 years

yes it is, as in next 2-3 years most od DB will be running using cloud platform, I heard from Oracle open world by 2019,oracle will not be selling any offline products and recent release are cloud centric only.

I am currently working in Storage technology (EMC, IBM). I want to move to Cloud Computing. I would like to understand. 1) Which Cloud Technology I will need to learn now. 2) Can you please suggest a good tutor/institute where they teach about the background on how it works, not just explaining the front end software.
