Yes It's true. Services provided by aws are awesome. They are providing ec2 , S3, RDS , EBS , DYNAMODB and features like autoscaling and load balancing.

Let's consider scenario you are having laptop with 2 GB ram and you want to install software which requires 4 GB ram what you will going to do? Are you going to purchase additional 2 GB ram from market. Instead of doing such things you can open your browser go to service provider site like Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure and sign up there and login and select various hardware configuration option with os and your system will be get started.
