As a final year student, can I add cloud computing as being my area of interest in my CV? If so, how much knowledge should have in cloud computing?

People from Server admin, networking and storage profiles can opt for IaaS mode of cloud delivery and as you mentioned AWS is doing good. salary depends on level of profile and company standards.
