Dear Kunal, in this particular problem the solution is not straightforward. First you will have to assume imaginary points throughout the surfaces and after you will solve for them using non Gaussian formula (Coulombic). In this post it is bit difficult to explain the steps. So try to follow the above...

You have to calculate the total flux density by formula D= epsilon* E. Apply linearity principle by considering various D , epsilon, and E as you have mentioned non uniform electric field. After calculated value of D, Apply Maxwell first equation with boundary condition of given structure which is a...

You have to calculate the total flux density by formula D= epsilon* E. Apply linearity principle by considering various D , epsilon, and E as you have mentioned non uniform electric field. After calculated value of D, Apply Maxwell first equation with boundary condition of given structure which is a cube, that will be give total charge inside cube. had it been uniform E , effort and time can be reduced. Integrate the electric field function with respect to direction coordinate taking limit coordinate of any suitable edge of cube and use gauss's theorem.

electric flux=q/epsilon (the permittivity of free space) now, find the flux by integrating E (field) wrt the area (E.dS) and thus find q. And as to the second part of your question the net charge is not produced form nowhere. It already was there. That is why there is a net electric flux through...

Even in a non uniform electric field the net flux through a closed surface is equal to zero. Think about it. Numer of electric field lines entering the cube will be equal to the number of field lines leaving the cube. Only when there is charge inside the field line will end or start inside the cube.

It is not easy to explain it in a short space . I can suggest you see a similar derivation on youtube. Title of the video is Gauss's Law and Non-Uniform Spherical Charge Distributions by lasseviren1
