Suppose a cube is placed in an non uniform electric field then find net flux through it and if net flux is non zero then calculate net charge inside it and please explain, how this get produced?

Even in a non uniform electric field the net flux through a closed surface is equal to zero. Think about it. Numer of electric field lines entering the cube will be equal to the number of field lines leaving the cube. Only when there is charge inside the field line will end or start inside the cube.
