Definition of Share: Part of capital divided into small denominations, to raise money for business. Eg. Capital is Rs. 200,000, divided into shares of 2000 of 100Rs. Each Shares can be issued at par, premium after receiving minimum subscription.

Part Of Share: Minimum subscription- as per SEBI guidelines, should be 90% of the issued capital. Only than company can allot shares to general public.
