Does AS LEVEL means for Class XI and A level means for Class XII? Why does the question paper says for AS and A Level?

If somebody joins higher studies, then also the fundamentals can be refered from class 11 and 12. I mean to say that, whatever u wanna to know and learn about C++ is comprised in these two classes and one can directly start higher Programming languages like Java and Python.... In my opinion level is not a matter. If you are lazy about any thing then every things seems impossible and difficult, and if you are crazy about any thing then every things seems easy and it's depend on you that how much crazy you are.....
