when a ray of light passes through a prism the angle formed between the final emergent ray(when produced backward) and the actual path of the incident ray is known as the angle of deviation

The angle equal to the difference between the angle of incidence and the angle of refraction of a ray of light passing through the surface between one medium and another of different refractive index.

This makes your path 10 degree deviation from Y-which should be your actual path to go to point B. read less
