Rural areas are more of self employment because there lots of poultry farms, periculture and other farmed base product from are made.

Yes , i agree because in urban areas people are skilled and work for jobs in factories and offices . But in rural areas people work on their own farms to earn their livelihood . And non- farm job opportunities are not much in the rural areas ..
