In 1546, the Portuguese, based in Goa, attacked ports and towns in Gujarat including Somnath and destroyed several temples and mosques. I strongly feel face to face teaching with physical presence is the best way to teach if you want to see good results. Take, (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2 we know that a^2+b^2=52 and ab=24 Substituting in the above equation, we get (a-b)^2=52-2*24 (a-b)^2=4 or (a-b)=sqrt of 4 Hence, (a-b) = 2
