wholeseller sells goods in bulk (in dozens/ boxes.. etc), at wholesale /lesser price... where as a retailer sells 1-or more items.. adding his profit and expenses.

(3) They deal in variety of products for meeting the varied needs of consumers. (4) They need more capital to start their business. (4) They can start business with limited capital. (5) The display of goods and decoration of premises is not necessary for them. (5) They lay more emphasis on window display and proper decoration of business premises in order to attract the customers. (6) Their business operations extend to different cities and places. (6) They usually localise at a particular place, area or city. (7) They do not directly deal with the customers. (7) They have a direct link with the customers. (8) They do not extend free home delivery and after sales services. (8) They provide free home delivery and after sales services to the consumers. One who sells the goods at bulk or in whole sale is known as whole seller/Distributor and the once who buys from whole seller or Distributor and sells single piece/pieces for common people is known as Retailer.

Whole seller is the one who has Mou with Single brand and he receives the product directly from manufacturer and forward these goods to the retailer. Retailer is one who receive goods from the whole seller and sells to customers. These both are the member of chain of distribution of goods.

The average fees of tuetion depends upon the following factors : (1) Cost of time (2) Quality of teaching ( It is co-factor between students and a teacher) (3) Total number of students in a class ( may be 1 or it may be 30 or more ?) (4) Overhead expenses incurred by the teacher ( like electricity charges, AC Charges, cost of stationary etc.) (5) Rent if any paid by the teacher (6) Investment made and running cost of the same for running the class ( Cost of Books purchased , furniture and fixtures , black Board,, Computers , Projectors , lighting etc.) (7) days per week ( may be 3 days or 4 days or 6 days ?) so there may be other factors directly or indirectly influencing the quantum of fees. Moreover, the exact amount of fees cannot be predicted because the ultimate factor is demand and supply ratio which decides the fees case to case basis and locationwise as per theory of economics.
