Hello Students, I hope you guys are doing well. I am here to take care of a very important aspect of our day to day life called as Effective Communication.

How would you feel if you are not able to understand some one or if someone is not able to understand you?

One gets confused, frustrated and irritated because the right message is not getting conveyed to the right person and at the right time. There are a few things that we should keep in mind so that we can display Effective Communication Skills.

1}Listening:-This is the most important aspect of communication because it makes us understand the situation correctly so that we can communicate correctly and hence resolving the situation.

2}Speak Clearly:- Unless this is not done we will not be able to succeed in communicating effectively to others.Speaking clearly helps people to understand us and which also creates a great impact on ur personality.

3}Concise And Precise:- We need to ensure that we don't use long winded sentences which dissolves the essence of the language. Use shorter sentences to communicate effectively and always speak to the point instead of beating around the bush.
