I think we both men and women are paid equally,india has emerged as an women empowered country, so there no such news.

The society is ingrained with the idea that women workforce never equals male power which is given a biological pretext. Use of such scientific notions to define the parameter has offered her a sympathy attitude. These theories have become today the part of our mentality as human being is a social phenomena. So its our social and individual attitude that has still not been broadened in regard to equal payment of salaries as evident from an actress salary to her male counterpart. read less
