y = mx + c where, c is the y intercept. we have -4x +6y = -12 6y = 4x - 12 y = (4x/6) - 12/6 y = (4x/6) - 2. Therefore y intercept = -2.

Equation of line in intercept form is (x/a)+(y/b)=1; Where, a is x intercept and b is y intercept. Divide equation by ( -12) so that RHS =1. (X/3)+(Y/-2)=1. Y intercept is -2
