as we know distinguished unemployment wen the men power is more then the required , village have both men and women but they less load of work therefor mostly of men move toward the urban and city area only ladies remain in vilage and all field and home work done by them .

Because men in the family mostly go to the neighbouring towns to find a work which could fetch them with enough money whereas women and other people in village generate income through NREGA for 100-150 days sure payroll

It is because people in urban areas have sufficient scope to work and get paid while in rural areas (i.e. undeveloped) the scope of earning daily bread and butter is very less.
