For example a moving bus, Moving bullets, flowing water etc. Mechanical Energy: The sum of kinetic energy and potential energy of a body is known as mechanical energy. Potential Energy: The energy possessed by a body as the body is at certain height that leads to the storage of energy due to its position is known as Potential energy.
