Short and clear: Practice the NCERT problems and also through some reference book. Main and important thing to do: just revise what has been done in school or tuition classes , regularly. Just do everything handwritten again at least once. All the best! ^_^

After going through all the examples .. start with easiest questions and then solve the complete excercise... No, because if you round off to 59.4%, you will get 59%. If it could have been 59.5% or more, then you could have round it off to 60%.
