Reforestation can be called a strategy which is proven to be effective in fighting global warming. It is known and proven to be very beneficial to our environment and also the climate. It is also known to help fauna and some very unique species of animals as it helps for rebuilding habitats as well as the health of many species. Afforestation is the planting of trees or even seed sowing in unfavourable land to create forests. Yes, it is similar to reforestation, but afforestation is the specificity of planting native seeds into a forest that has seen a declining trees count. As the name suggests, the destruction of forests by cutting the trees is known as deforestation. It also happens when people living in an area of land change their farms or ranches and cities. It is obvious to know the cause of deforestation-Want of Wood and Fuel. Hope this helps read less
