Why are regular salaried employees more in urban areas than in rural areas?

Beacause in urban thier is lot of population exist and it is developed area it has industries , factories , malls , schools etc compare to rural areas

Regular Salaried personal majorly works in formal sector which is more in urban area. In contrary people in rural area work majorly in primary sector that is Agriculture and allied sectors where they don get regular salaries.
