Who said computers can't understand simple English? Computers have the smartest brain, the do understand all the languages. And yes, for sure the simple English.

Computer understand only Binary language ( which has only two alphabet 1&0). So computer don't understand human language. Now question comes to mind human enter his own language and computer works , how. Internally through software , computer concerts human language to binary form . It is carried by INTERPRETOR or COMPILER or.. So human language is different and electronic device language is different. Wish you understand or ask your question. read less
