In a triangle if any line divides the two sides of a triangle in equal ratios then that line is parallel to the third line in that triangle. Condition is the the dividing line should not be a median.

No, because if you round off to 59.4%, you will get 59%. If it could have been 59.5% or more, then you could have round it off to 60%.
