I think The Hindu is the best newspaper to improve English skills but for the biggner, I think The times of India is best bcz language of Hindu is little bit tough if you compair,...you can go with the the times of India if you are a biggner, otherwise you opt The Hindu.

The Hindu, is the best newspaper to learn English. It boasts some good editors with strong vocabulory, which may be memorised or marked to find the meaning. Further the Cross word Puzzle cones each week, which helps to think and learn new vocabulory.
