Hello. There's no Pro tip in listening lectures. Only thing you need to think of is "Why You started chosing ". I think no one cannot sit at a stretch for 10 hours and I don't think any institute would take such longer hours without break , you can practice this technique of deep breathing i.e, concentrating on your breath if you get even a small break than looking at your mobile phones , it really works , thanks...

Hello, I understand how hard it could get trying to concentrate for 10 long hours but insist you to engage in practicing yoga and meditation atleast for 30 minutes in a day, which also helps you increase your memory and concentration
