Globalisation is two faced as: 1. In one way large Indian companies like Infosys, Ranbaxy, Tata Motors emerged as multi national companies on the other hand small scale units had to close down their units. 2.Secondly with the set up of many MNC?s the competition is very tough, affecting small scale industries and small producers. 3. With the set up of new technologies and introduction of machines in industries many workers are left unemployed adding more to country?s unemployment rate. 4. Not everyone is benefited by globalization only educated people or people with skills or money made the best out of this opportunity. Adding more imbalance in resource distribution and economic gap. 5. Globalisation is of great benifit to consumers as with risen competition the quality of product have gradually enhanced and moreover they are available at lower prices. read less
