1) The direction of magnetic field lines outside the magnet sis from North Pole to South Pole. 2) The direction of magnetic field lines inside the magnet is from south pole to the north pole. 3) No two magnetic field lines intersect each other.

1. Magnetic lines of force originates from North pole and terminates at South pole 2. They never intersects each other 3. Magnetic flux density is highest at the source and destination however lowest at the distance (equal distance from both poles).
