I have been a fitness enthusiast from past 10 years. Guiding people in their fitness journey not just motivate them but also motivates me. As i came across teaching people in these past years, i came to realize that the satisfaction that both trainer as well as the client gets after a particular goal is achieved, is beyond our imagination and joy. There are ups and downs in life but it all depends on us that how much we are dedicated for the betterment of ourselves. Physical training is one the best ways to stay stress-free and relaxed in life. I have been blessed with many disciplined students along this journey of fitness and i expect that I'll come across several more in near future.
