I started teaching in the year 2011 because i loved to interact with students in friendly way.I had done my SWOT analysis where I found My STRENGTH is my knowledge my WEAKNESS is i am a time bound person,my OPPORTUNITY is my students willingness to study the subject and my THREAT is that I do not know it.I like to deliver the subject matter not as an expert but as a friend by applying the method of Brain storming as I learned from my Professors of Calcutta University. I feel my self satisfied when a student scores 8+ out of 10.
