I started as a Software Engineer and navigated the corporate vineyard to Project Leader, Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager in organizations such as Verizon, Virtusa, Cognizant, Future Software (Aricent), and Midas Communications.

I transitioned into IT Recruitment and IT Recruiter Enablement in the last decade in training recruiters, talent acquisition teams and staffing agencies, to understand IT technology the way engineering teams and hiring managers do.
