I would like to introduce myself as Mr. Yogaraj D completed M.E., Manufacturing Engineering in KCG College of Technology affiliated to Anna University, India in the year 2021-2023. I would like to inform that my M.E., project was on Development of Superhydrophobic Composite Coating with Self Cleaning Property for Corrosion, Wear Resistance and Drag Reduction. Armed with the knowledge and hands on experience of Vehicle Integration and Architecture, DMU Preparation, Vehicle systems packaging, Concept studies, Benchmarking, Packaging Feasibility Study, Automotive Design and Development Process, Plastic product design (Trims), Body In White (BIW), GD&T, FMEA, DFMA, RCA, Assembly process planning, TQM concepts, QC story, CAD software (Catia V5,V6, UGNX, Teamcenter, Solid works), Part modelling, Surface Design, Assembly Design, Drafting and technique of engineering.
