How many months it will take to be a professional makeup artist ?

There is no definite time period that ll make someone a professional unless they put their mind, heart and soul and work hard. Practice is the way to perfection.

What is the difference in summer make up and winter make up?

In summer you require water based makeup which keeps the oils at bay and you must use products that don't melt under the sun (water based products). In winter you need a lot of moisture since your skin may get dry (use oil based products).
