I am Vimalkumar Kumaresan, Completed my Ph.D., and working as a Data Scientist and Big data Architect in a product based company . I have around 10 years of industrial and academic research experience. Worked in LG R&D center, South Korea; Tata Elxsi, India, and others. I did a small research in Industrial Consultancy Sponsored Research, IIT madras and developed prototypes for Thales and CDAC. I was a visiting researcher at the University of Trento, Italy and got ITPAR fellowship by DST in 2010-2012. I have received Microsoft Azure Research fellowship during 2015-2016. Research proposal got funding from IBM, DST-PURSE, and Analog Devices for a smart city project. I am currently receiving ACRF fellowship from Anna University which is issued for top research scholars. I am a student member of IEEE and ACM and published papers in top conferences. My areas of expertise are Cloud Computing, Data Science, Ml/DL, Artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things.
