Tutor's home Promised to come and then postponed to next day. Never turned up the next day but never informed us the reason. When tried to call, never picked up my number. When called from another number picked up but on recognizing my voice cut the phone and then did not pick up. Most unprofessional conduct. Does not have the courtesy to call and let us know if unable to take classes. That is all we ask instead of keeping us hanging.
