Shorthand or stenography both are common words using in the field of secretarial roles, which is becoming down now a days, because of the employers doesn't looking for an employee for alone to PA role, instead they are looking out a person who can assist their bosses even in technical support too. Secondly Limited resources only available to get train on that. But if you learn would be good that will create life long secured job.
