Vijay Anand | Strength & Conditioning Coach

Hi, I'm Vijay Anand, a Strength & Conditioning Coach with 15+ years of experience in the fitness industry.

I worked at Apollo Hospitals from 2009 to 2015, where I helped clients improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being. Since 2015, I have been working as a full-time freelance coach, providing personalized training to a wide range of clients, including celebrities, politicians, VIPs, working professionals, and fitness enthusiasts.

I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, sports performance, functional fitness, injury prevention, mobility, and improving aerobic capacity. I also design safe and effective strength training programs for older adults to help them stay active, independent, and healthy.

I believe in continuous learning and update my knowledge every year through certifications and workshops. My training includes Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebell, Swiss Ball, and certification programs from Spark Institute and Kannan Pugazh.

My mission is to help people move better, get stronger, perform better, and build a healthier lifestyle through evidence-based training and personalized coaching.
