I am a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner and am extremely passionate about coaching people and assisting them with methods taught by management and self help teachers the world over. I draw lessons from various works making the interaction with participants fun and engaging.



I have been in the Corporate Finance and HR functions for over two decades, working in India and abroad and have assisted companies in their Learning initiatives with positive results and feedback from employees on the Personal Excellence coaching. My quest into learning about human interaction began when I worked in Singapore amid a confluence of cultures and had the challenge of turning a hostile and feared Human Resource function into a “Humane” and “Resourceful” function.



What I love most is doing NLP based training and participants in these sessions have enjoyed the programme as they relate to many of the concepts covered there and learn how to live better. I am also fond of talking on Leadership with lessons drawn from ancient texts and modern management, creating motivated workplaces through the Fish philosophy and Ubuntu and Effective Communication.



I believe that I learn when I teach and that is my purpose- to learn continuously.


I enjoy reading on a wide range of topics that cover Management, Self help, Leadership, Biographies, Crime fiction, Psychology and Spirituality.
