Hello, I’m T. Chinna Kanni, and I specialize in teaching mathematics for students from 8th to 12th grade across various boards, including CBSE, ICSE, and Cambridge. With 33 years of experience in the field of education, I have gained a deep understanding of how students learn and how to adapt my teaching methods to suit their needs. I hold an MSc in Mathematics, a B.Ed., a PG in Statistics, and an MPhil in Mathematics, which have all contributed to shaping my approach to teaching.

Throughout my career, I have worked in Tamil Nadu state government schools, where I taught mathematics to students in both classroom and home tuition settings. My teaching career has been enriched by the opportunity to work with a variety of students, each with unique learning styles and abilities. Over the years, I have also taught evening home tuition sessions, where I focus on providing personalized attention to each student to ensure their academic success.

One of my proudest achievements in my teaching career was in 1997 when I helped a student score a perfect centum in school mathematics. This achievement earned me a gold coin award, and it reinforced my belief in the power of consistent hard work and personalized teaching. I strive to bring this same level of dedication and excellence to all my students.

I conduct home tuition sessions, which usually last for 1 hour, and follow a structured lesson plan to ensure that each topic is covered in-depth and thoroughly. My approach is focused on building a solid foundation in mathematics by using reference books, conducting regular tests, and providing students with the tools they need to succeed in exams. I believe that regular practice and assessments are key to mastering mathematical concepts.

I don’t just focus on helping my students perform well in exams; I aim to instill a genuine love for mathematics and make it an enjoyable subject to learn. My goal is to develop students’ problem-solving skills, boost their confidence, and help them achieve their full potential in mathematics.
