I have 2+ years of teaching experience, with a strong focus on helping young learners from Classes I–V build a strong academic foundation. I believe that children at this age learn best when lessons are interactive, simple, engaging, and adapted to their individual learning pace. My teaching approach begins with understanding each child's strengths, learning gaps, interests, and areas that need improvement. I use a SWOT-based approach to identify their strengths and weaknesses and then customize my teaching methods accordingly. For Class I–V students, I focus on strengthening fundamental concepts, improving reading and writing skills, developing mathematical thinking, enhancing vocabulary and communication, and encouraging curiosity and independent learning. I use examples from everyday life, activities, questioning, practice exercises, and regular revision to make concepts easier to understand and remember. I also pay close attention to each student's response during classes and adjust my teaching style whenever needed. My goal is not simply to help children complete their syllabus, but to make them understand concepts, gain confidence, develop good learning habits, and enjoy the learning process. As a B.Ed. qualified teacher, I strive to create a friendly, patient, and supportive online classroom where every child feels comfortable asking questions and participating actively.
