Subramanian Balaganapathy

I am a CFA Charterholder and hold an MBA in Finance, with extensive experience leading the Treasury function in a large organization. Over the years, I have combined strong academic foundations with practical, real-world financial expertise across areas such as treasury management, risk, investments, and corporate finance.

Beyond my professional career, teaching has always been a true passion of mine. I have consistently mentored and encouraged my team members and colleagues to pursue deeper learning, professional growth, and continuous self-improvement. Seeing others develop confidence and mastery in finance has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey.

My goal as an educator is not merely to help students clear examinations, but to help them truly understand concepts from first principles and apply them with clarity and conviction. I strongly believe that genuine learning goes far beyond memorization - it comes from building intuition, focusing on application, analytical thinking, and a deep appreciation of the subject.
