I am a professional music tutor with over 34 years of teaching experience, providing comprehensive training in both Carnatic and Western music. I teach vocal and instrumental music and cover a wide range of instruments including violin, veena, guitar, keyboard, mridangam, drums, flute, mandolin, and harmonium. My goal is to help students develop strong performance skills while gaining a deep understanding of music theory.

In addition to traditional music lessons, I also teach sound engineering, sound design, music arrangement, mixing, and mastering, equipping students with the technical skills needed for modern music production. This allows learners to combine creativity with technical expertise and explore music both as performers and producers.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), but my musical journey began at home. I come from a family with a rich musical heritage, where knowledge and practice of Carnatic and Western music have been passed down through generations from my great-grandfather to my grandfather. This lifelong immersion in music gives me a deep insight into both the theoretical and practical aspects of the art.

My teaching approach is practical and structured, with each session designed to be interactive, engaging, and step-by-step. I tailor lessons according to each student’s pace and learning style, ensuring they gain both confidence and competence in their chosen area of music.

Over the years, I have helped students of all ages and skill levels develop their musical abilities, whether they are beginners learning the basics or advanced learners refining their performance and technical skills. I focus on creating a nurturing environment where every student feels motivated to practice and excel.

I believe in blending traditional learning with modern techniques, enabling students to understand music deeply while also staying relevant to contemporary music practices. My classes focus on clarity, gradual skill development, and comprehensive knowledge that prepares learners for performances, exams, and personal growth in music.

I conduct online classes using structured lesson plans and interactive sessions, making the learning experience effective, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s goals. Through this approach, I strive to cultivate both passion and expertise in music among my students.
