SPELLBOUND was founded by the Law maestro Sri. L. Jayaraman. It is an educational institution built with Quality, Integrity and Discipline as essential ingredients. The intent of Spellbound is to make a student into true professional in a holistic manner by providing specialized class-room training for students undergoing CA course at all 3 levels i.e., CA – CPT, IPCC and Final with highly qualified and dedicated faculty.

Faculty members of Spellbound have highest level of expertise who bring their rich experience in industry and in consulting to the classroom. For instance, Sri L.Jayaraman is a practicing Company Secretary teaching Law. Sri. Vinod Reddy, who handles Cost Accounting is an authority in the subject with immense command on analytical and quantitative aspects of business. Sri Veerendra Patil, who teaches CPT and Strategic Management and Finance is a guru even at MBA level for Business Management and Finance. Sri Sathya Raghu is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in International Accounting and Audit firms and brings his experience in teaching Accounting and Auditing. Sri Shiva Teja, who handles Taxation has worked with one of the World’s largest Tax practice firms. So, faculties can lead by example and groom students today to face the requirements of tomorrow.

The Academy's continuous single minded pursuit of excellence has led to its alumni achieving all India ranks at CPT, IPCC and even at Final level, including All India 1st Rank.
