I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). I hold a Master's degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG), Anna University, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the same esteemed institution.

With over 17 years of teaching experience, I have been actively contributing to academia since 1998. My expertise lies in teaching core subjects such as Power Electronics, Control Systems, and Circuit Theory, where I strive to foster a deep understanding and enthusiasm for these subjects among my students.
My academic journey and professional experience reflect my passion for education and commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.

I’m Dr. Soundara Bala Suppuraj, a dedicated educator with over 18 years of experience in teaching Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Circuit Theory. I hold a BE in EEE, an ME from the prestigious College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG), and am currently pursuing my PhD in the field.

My teaching journey began in 1998 at the Government College of Engineering, followed by a position at National Engineering College, Coimbatore from 1999 to 2001. Since 2002, I have served as an Associate Professor at Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College, where I held the position of Head of Department (EEE) until 2023. With years of mentoring undergraduate students, I’ve gained deep expertise in simplifying complex engineering concepts and guiding students towards academic excellence.

A gold medalist in my master’s program, I now focus on providing online tuitions for B.Tech students, specifically in Circuit Theory and related core EEE subjects. My sessions are interactive and concept-driven, aimed at fostering true understanding rather than rote memorization.

Classes are conducted online, each lasting approximately 50 minutes, using PPTs, explainer videos, and real-world analogies to make learning engaging. I also provide well-structured notes to support every student’s academic preparation.

My goal is to help aspiring engineers not just pass, but excel in their core electrical subjects by building clarity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
